Payment processing

Payment is made through the method chosen at the time of purchase and goes through a transaction verification process. Production and shipment of the order begins only after confirmation of payment.

• Once payment is approved, we will start production the next business day.

Computation of deadlines

Orders are shipped within a period of up to 4 working days upon confirmation of payment. The complete process - from order approval to delivery - may take up to 15 working days, depending on the region of destination and the shipping method chosen.

For customized productions, the production lead time is defined together with you before starting.

Unpaid orders

Orders for which payment is not confirmed within 10 calendar days will be automatically cancelled.
