3D Global makes deliveries throughout the national territory, based on the following terms and conditions:

Every part we manufacture at 3D Global goes through a careful process - and our shipments follow the same standard. Here's everything you need to know.
The delivery period begins on business day following confirmation of payment.
For orders with customized production (which is the majority), the production time will be clearly communicated prior to shipment and will be in addition to the estimated shipping time. You will receive this schedule by e-mail prior to any shipment.
We ship to all European countries via FedEx, with real time tracking from the moment your order leaves our facilities.
Shipping options for your region will be displayed during the checkout process. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. On international shipments, customs clearance times may vary - we will proactively notify you of any issues.
Orders are shipped within a period of up to 4 working days upon confirmation of payment. The complete process - from order approval to delivery - may take up to 15 working days, depending on the region of destination and the shipping method chosen.
For customized productions, the production lead time is defined together with you before starting.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a e-mail tracking code so you can monitor every stage of delivery in real time.
The carrier shall perform up to 2 delivery attempts at the address indicated.
If no one is available, the package may be held at a local office for a limited period of time. If the order is returned to 3D Global, an additional fee will apply. new shipping cost for reshipment.
